HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT POLICY:
The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking, if the arrival date is less than 14 days following the booking date.
A deposit in the amount of the first night room and tax will be charged at the time of booking if the arrival date is 14 or more days following the booking date. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Your credit card will be charged by Hotel Reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel your reservation, please email help@hotelrates.co or respond to your confirmation email stating that you are requesting to cancel your reservation.
Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled at least 8 days prior to arrival.
Reservations become nonrefundable 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled 7 or fewer days before the arrival date.
RESORT FEES:
Payment for any applicable Resort Fees will be due and payable to the hotel at the time of check-out.
Resort fees typically include in-room internet access, local and domestic long-distance calls, and fitness center access, but can vary based on the individual hotel.
The total shown for your online reservation does not include Resort Fees.
OTHER POLICIES:
A valid credit card and picture ID must be presented to the hotel at the time of check-in.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
Rates are based on single and double occupancy. At the discretion of the hotel, an “additional person fee” for the third and fourth guests may be applicable and maybe due and payable directly to the hotel at the time of check-out.
Standard check-in time begins at 3 pm, standard check-out time is 11 am.
There is a 14-day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.
Connecting rooms, bed type, smoking preference, and any other special requests are not guaranteed and will be based on availability at the time of check-in.
We are unable to guarantee specific room types and locations, however a sincere effort will be made to accommodate your requests.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
